To register and use the ssjili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
ssjili strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, passport, PRC ID, or Voter's ID). Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.
Each individual may hold only one (1) ssjili account at any time. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a suspension constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information at all times. ssjili relies on the information you provide for KYC verification, payment processing, and fraud prevention. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ssjili login credentials (username, password, and OTP codes). You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ssjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify ssjili immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Prior to processing any withdrawal from a ssjili account, we are required to verify your identity in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by ssjili for this purpose, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation.
ssjili accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ssjili does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) minimum withdrawal thresholds as specified on the Platform. ssjili processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
All transactions on ssjili are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ssjili does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. Any exchange rate conversions are the responsibility of the Player and their financial institution.

All games on the ssjili Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that: (a) the outcome of each game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer dealing procedures, as applicable; (b) the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published within the game's information panel; and (c) ssjili does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of the house beyond the published house edge.
Live dealer games are conducted in real-time by professional dealers. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game, ssjili's technical team will investigate and resolve the situation. Bets placed during a verified malfunction may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account at ssjili's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ssjili Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ssjili Platform without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ssjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
ssjili's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their ssjili account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ssjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Players are responsible for maintaining their own device security and for their data charges incurred when accessing ssjili.
ssjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ssjili Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties. We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law.

ssjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) Player-requested self-exclusion; (e) court order or direction from a regulatory authority; or (f) any other reason at ssjili's reasonable discretion.
Upon termination of an account in good standing (i.e., where the Player has not breached these Terms), any real-money balance not subject to bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ssjili Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR's Player Assistance and Complaint Resolution process.
ssjili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address on record and/or by prominent notification on the Platform. Continued use of the ssjili Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to the revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may close their account by contacting customer support.
